Terms of Service
Effective October 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mira, operated by Vocal, LLC. By creating an account or using Mira, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of service
Mira is a self-directed check-in tool that helps users — particularly neurodivergent individuals or those who suspect they may be — log and understand how feelings, physical symptoms, and external circumstances shape their nervous system over time.
2. Not medical advice
Mira is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. Mira does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Trends and Insights shown in the app are for personal reflection and, optionally, for informing conversations with a licensed provider — they are not clinical determinations. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your health.
If you are in crisis, see Crisis resources below.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mira.
4. Accounts
An account is optional; Mira works fully without one. If you sign in, you do so with your Apple Account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for all activity under your Mira account.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the check-ins and data you create in Mira. You can export your data as a CSV file from Settings at any time. If you choose to share that export with anyone, including a provider, you decide what is shared and with whom.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, or interfere with other users’ access.
7. Disclaimers
Mira is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Insights generated will be clinically comprehensive.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vocal, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mira.
9. Termination
You may stop using Mira and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to these Terms
We’ll provide notice of material changes before they take effect.
